Four Seasons expands portfolio with fresh properties and luxury apartments

Four Seasons rolls out fresh hotels, revamps iconic resorts and launches high‑end monthly suites, while its Las Vegas private residences top out with nearly $950 million in contracts.

Four Seasons expands portfolio with fresh properties and luxury apartments

The luxury hospitality giant Four Seasons has entered a prolific phase of expansion, unveiling a string of brand-new hotels, re-imagined resorts and a new line of extended-stay suites. From a historic palace in Venice to a beachfront haven on the Red Sea, the brand is adding properties that blend local culture with its signature service. Simultaneously, Four Seasons is testing a hybrid model that melds hotel amenities with residential comforts, targeting long-term travelers in major U.S. cities.

Across three continents, the portfolio now encompasses restored landmarks, purpose-built resorts, and privately-owned residences that carry the Four Seasons badge. The announcements also include a suite-based offering in Boston priced at $30,000 per month, and the topping-out of a dual-tower private-residence project in Henderson, Nevada, with sales approaching a billion dollars. These moves illustrate how the brand is diversifying revenue streams while maintaining its core promise of unparalleled service.

New hotels and resort concepts around the globe

Among the freshly announced openings, the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena repurposes several historic buildings in Colombia’s most visited coastal city, offering a collection of bars and restaurants that showcase local flavors, including the newly announced speakeasy El Aljibe. In the Mediterranean, the Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos delivers a beachfront experience with panoramic sea views, pairing Greek cuisine with Aegean wines. Europe sees the transformation of the Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel uniting three palatial structures along the Riva degli Schiavoni and reviving the rooftop Terrazza Danieli for lagoon-side dining.

Asia-Pacific additions feature the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island which boasts a stone-clad hammam spa, three pools and direct garden or sea views. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay focuses on wellness and nature-driven experiences with six open-air eateries. Upcoming projects include a beachfront retreat in the Dominican Republic’s Samaná Bay, a renovated alpine property in Gstaad led by designer Joseph Dirand, and a Texas-style coastal resort in Jacksonville with a rooftop venue overlooking the St. Johns River.

Boston’s high-priced City Suites Collection for long-term guests

In the United States, Four Seasons is experimenting with a hybrid hospitality model at its Boston flagship. The City Suites Collection introduces 11 newly redesigned suites that function like upscale apartments, each equipped with a full kitchen, separate living and dining spaces, and residential-grade furnishings. Monthly rates start at $30,000, positioning the offering at the top end of the Boston extended-stay market and targeting corporate executives, academic visitors, and families tied to the city’s medical institutions.

Designed by the Boston-based Niemitz Design Group, the suites echo architectural cues from the city’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods. Guests retain access to the hotel’s existing amenities, including an indoor pool with a view of the Public Garden, a fitness centre, multiple dining venues and a private terrace. By integrating these long-term accommodations within an operating hotel, Four Seasons avoids the need for a separate serviced-apartment building while still delivering concierge service, daily housekeeping and the brand’s signature attention to detail.

Las Vegas private residences near completion and nearing $1 billion in contracts

The Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas project, located in Henderson rather than on the Strip, has reached a structural milestone: both the 24-storey north tower and the 25-storey south tower have been topped out. Of the 171 luxury homes planned, 148 are already under contract, representing roughly 85 % of the inventory and an estimated $950 million in sales. Units range from 2,300 to 8,400 sq ft, offering two- to five-bedroom layouts, and will be completed in late 2027.

The development is spearheaded by Azure Resorts & Hotels in partnership with Luxus Developments and Two Roads Development, with architecture by WATG. Buyers are attracted by the blend of private homeownership and Four Seasons’ hospitality services, such as concierge, housekeeping and access to on-site amenities, while enjoying a quieter setting that still sits within easy reach of Las Vegas’s entertainment, dining and airport facilities. This project underscores the growing appeal of branded private residences that marry luxury real estate with hotel-level service.
