The holiday home includes three generous bedrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests comfortably. It offers three bathrooms, with two specifically designed
for individuals with disabilities. The spacious kitchen is connected to a bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a television for leisure activities.
Enhanced accessibility for a comfortable experience
To guarantee a pleasant stay, the home is equipped with an electric lift, shower chairs, and a JOB chair for beach access. Various assistive devices are available to promote comfort and ease. Each room features a centralized air conditioning system, along with
user-friendly modifications such as electric shutters and illuminated switches to foster independence among guests.
Activities and support services for visitors
The holiday home invites groups with diverse disabilities, along with their families, friends, and volunteers. For those in need of additional support, qualified caregivers can be arranged. Recreational activities can also be organized in collaboration with local cooperatives, providing a unique opportunity to immerse in the stunning natural surroundings while creating lasting memories.
Proximity to the beach and essential services
Conveniently situated just seventy meters from the beach, the holiday home spans approximately two hundred and twenty square meters. Each summer, the local government of Sassari establishes a beach area with facilitated access during July and August. Nearby, guests can find a Tourist Guard, a Health Beach Center, and a Hyperbaric Medicine Center to ensure a safe and relaxing stay.
Affordable pricing and booking process
Since its inception in 2009, UILDM has maintained a daily rate of 20 euros per person, which covers access to facilities along with cleaning fees. This initiative aims to make vacations affordable for everyone, allowing guests to unwind comfortably.
