Cygnet Infinity non-alcoholic gin debuts at Arizona wellness retreat

Welsh gin pioneer Cygnet has taken its next bold step by releasing Cygnet Infinity a premium non-alcoholic gin to the American market. The debut arrived this week, following the brand’s earlier U.K. launch earlier this year, and signals a growing appetite for sophisticated alcohol-free options among discerning consumers.

The launch was anchored at the Re:Well wellness retreat, a curated four-day gathering held from September 17 to 20, 2026 at the Miraval Resort and Spa in Arizona. The event, designed for guests to reset and reconnect, encouraged participants to define personal intentions and then serve them drinks that matched those goals.

Launch at the Re:Well retreat

Rather than presenting a conventional bar menu, the retreat staff asked each guest what intention guided their experience. From there, attendees could choose one of three signature non-alcoholic cocktails—Clarity, Vitality, and Stillness—each crafted with Infinity as a base. The drinks were accompanied by plantable seed paper, allowing the cocktail’s purpose to continue growing long after the glass was empty.

The concept resonated strongly with attendees, who reported that selecting a beverage aligned with a mindset rather than simply a flavor profile heightened the sense of mindfulness. The pairing of intention, taste, and a sustainable paper element underscored the brand’s commitment to purposeful luxury.

How Infinity is crafted

Infinity is not a newly formulated spirit; instead, Cygnet employed an intricate redistillation process to strip the alcohol from its flagship Cygnet 22 gin. After the alcohol was removed, the distillers re-introduced juniper and coriander to restore the classic gin backbone that can soften during the removal stage. To elevate complexity, they blended in adaptogenic and aromatic botanicals such as Lion’s Mane mushroom, Siberian ginseng, Schisandra berry, capsicum, and chrysanthemum.

This botanical constellation delivers a layered palate that mirrors the depth of a traditional gin while remaining completely alcohol-free. Critics have highlighted the lingering spice of capsicum and the subtle earthy note of Lion’s Mane as evidence that the spirit successfully bridges the gap between flavor fidelity and sober luxury.

Cygnet’s luxury ethos and pricing

Founded in 2022 by classical singer Katherine Jenkins and filmmaker Andrew Levitas the brand set out to create a gin gentle on vocal cords. To that end, Cygnet infuses its spirits with manuka honey, bee pollen, and chamomile—ingredients chosen for their soothing properties. The current lineup includes the dry Welsh expression, the 22-proof Cygnet 22, and the barrel-aged Cygnet 77, now complemented by Infinity.

As Matteo Fantacchiotti partner and chairman, explained, “With Cygnet Infinity, our new non-alcoholic expression, we’re once again redefining what luxury spirits can be.” Priced at $40 on the official website, Infinity positions itself as an accessible yet upscale alternative, showcasing that innovation in the spirits arena can be driven by vision rather than volume.
